Workspaces

A workspace holds a roster, topics, meetings, and settings. Your first workspace is created when you sign in.

Workspace settings

• Name.
• Currency. An ISO currency code such as USD or EUR. Money is shown in this currency. Meetor does not convert between currencies.
• Working hours per year. Default 2,080. Range 1,000 to 3,000.
• Load multiplier. Default 1.3. Range 1.0 to 2.5. See People and rates.
• Overrun cap. How long a meeting can run before Meetor asks when it really ended. Default 4 hours.
• Receipt branding (Pro). Logo and accent color.

More than one workspace (Pro)

Free accounts have 1 workspace. Pro accounts can create as many as they need.

Consultants and fractional executives use one workspace per client. Each client gets its own roster, rates, currency, and dashboard, so you can show a client what their meetings cost without mixing in anyone else’s numbers.

API tokens belong to one workspace each. See API authentication.

One owner

A workspace has one owner. Meetor has no invites, seats, or shared workspaces in this version.
