Is the cost exact?
Section titled “Is the cost exact?”No. It is an estimate built from the rates you enter. Salaried people are converted to an hourly cost with your workspace settings. See People and rates.
Does Meetor listen to or record meetings?
Section titled “Does Meetor listen to or record meetings?”No. Meetor does not listen, record, transcribe, or watch anyone. It only knows who you added and when.
Can attendees see what they cost?
Section titled “Can attendees see what they cost?”Only if you show them. The meter shows the total. Per-person costs appear only when you tap Show breakdown, and hide again after 10 seconds. Presenter mode never shows them.
Where is my data stored?
Section titled “Where is my data stored?”On the free plan, on your device only. On Pro, on your devices and on Meetor’s servers, with names, rates, and notes encrypted. See Privacy and security.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Section titled “What happens if I lose my phone?”On the free plan, the data on that device is gone unless you have a backup file. On Pro, sign in on another device and sync brings everything back.
Does it work offline?
Section titled “Does it work offline?”Yes. You can start, run, and end meetings offline. Sign-in, checkout, and share links need a connection. Meetings you start offline are counted when you reconnect.
What happens at the free meeting limit?
Section titled “What happens at the free meeting limit?”The free plan includes 10 meetings a month. Meetor tells you when 2 are left. The 11th start shows an upgrade card. A meeting that is already running is never stopped, and a meeting is never lost.
Does Meetor read my calendar?
Section titled “Does Meetor read my calendar?”Not yet. Calendar import is being considered for a later version.
Can my team share a workspace?
Section titled “Can my team share a workspace?”Not in this version. A workspace has one owner.
Can I change currency?
Section titled “Can I change currency?”Yes, per workspace. Meetor does not convert between currencies, so pick the one you pay people in.
How much is Pro?
Section titled “How much is Pro?”Founding members pay $5 a month or $48 a year, kept for as long as the subscription is active. After the founding window, Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year. See Plans and billing.
How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”Open Settings, Account and choose Delete account. Server data is removed and every shared receipt stops working.
Is there an API?
Section titled “Is there an API?”Yes, for Pro. Tokens are read only. See the API overview.
