Receipts and sharing

Every meeting ends with a receipt.

  • Meeting title (you can hide it before sharing)
  • Date and duration
  • Number of attendees, and a staff and external split (optional when sharing)
  • Total cost
  • Cost per minute
  • Person-hours, for example “6 people, 47 minutes, 4.7 person-hours”
  • If it ran over the planned length, how long and what it cost, for example “Ran 12 minutes over, which cost $214.”
  • A footer. Free receipts say “Tracked with Meetor”. Pro receipts show your logo and accent color, with a small Meetor mark.

A shared receipt never contains names, roles, or rates. This is enforced by the API: the server rejects any receipt that includes them. It is not only hidden in the interface.

Before you share, a row of toggles lets you hide the title and choose whether to show the staff and external split. The defaults lean private.

  • Download PNG. Square for social posts, wide for Slack and email. Free accounts can download receipts.
  • Copy link. Creates a public page at meetor.co/r/ followed by a random ID. The page has a preview image for social sites. Sharing a link requires sign-in.
  • Share. Uses your device’s share sheet where available.

You can delete any receipt you shared. The link stops working and the preview image is removed. Deleting your account revokes every shared receipt.

Pro workspaces can upload a logo (PNG or SVG, up to 256 KB) and pick an accent color. A small Meetor mark stays on the receipt. See Plans and billing.
