Dashboard and insights

The dashboard is computed on your device from your own meetings. It is instant and works offline. Free and Pro use the same code.

For the selected period:

  • Total meeting cost
  • Person-hours
  • Number of meetings
  • Average cost per meeting
  • Average cost per minute
  • External share: the percent of cost that went to outside help

Choose this week, this month, last month, this quarter, or a custom range. Pro adds a comparison to the previous period on every number.

Free workspaces see the last 30 days. Older periods show a blurred preview.

Each breakdown starts with a one-sentence summary.

  • Over time. Cost per week or month, split into staff and external.
  • By person. Who spends the most paid time in meetings.
  • By role.
  • By topic.
  • By title. Recurring meetings grouped by title. “Weekly sync” and “weekly sync “ count as the same meeting. Trailing dates and numbers such as “#12” or “9/28” are ignored.
  • Staff and external.

Insights are plain sentences with the number behind them. They come from fixed rules, not AI. For example:

  • “Weekly sync cost $4,120 this month, up 35% from last month.”
  • “Outside help spent 14 hours in your meetings this month ($2,800).”
  • “Meetings over 60 minutes cost 3.1 times your average.”
  • “Your most expensive recurring meeting is Pipeline review at $1,340 a week.”
  • “12% of your meeting spend was overrun past the planned end.”

The rules cover recurring meetings that went up or down by 25% or more, time spent by outside help, the premium on meetings over 60 minutes, your most expensive recurring meeting, overrun share, topics that take a large share of spend, one person with 30% or more of person-hours, and your busiest weekday.

Insights are sorted by money impact. Free workspaces see the top 3. Pro sees all of them.

Pro can turn on a weekly email on Monday morning in your workspace time zone. It shows last week’s total, person-hours, and the top 3 insights. It never includes individual rates.
